- ForceSolve - a high-level implementation of some Bayesian learning algorithms for molecular and coarse-grained forcefields. This project also contains python/numpy code for a Cardinal B-spline library and a general-purpose molecular graphics library.
- Go9P - a plan9 client/server library (with examples!) written mostly by Andrew Mirtchovski in Go (to which I've added Plan9 mount and bind commands).
- Yrepl - a code stub using Yampa and Haskell to build a read-eval-print loop (REPL) for active coding.
